Cauldron is an early-stage startup, which means we're still small, moving fast, and building things in real time. At the moment, all the roles are voluntary (unpaid), but in return, you'll gain hands-on experience helping shape a new kind of media platform from the inside. You'll work closely with Klara and Ojasvi across product, editorial, brand, and growth, with real ownership over your work from day one. No coffee runs, no busywork, just meaningful experience, portfolio-worthy projects, flexible working, and the opportunity to help build something early.
